INCONNU (“we”, “our”, “the app”) provides two companion tools for the Vampire: The Eternal Struggle (VTES) card game: CRUSADE (a card-guessing game) and Praxis Seizure (a deck and session tracker). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated page-view data (pages visited, country, browser type). This data cannot identify individual users and contains no personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data is stored in Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms before storage.
Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensure users can only access their own data and data shared within their groups.
We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the app:
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share data with any other third parties.
You have the right to:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your personal data (profile, decks, sessions, scores) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data is retained separately and cannot be linked back to you.
INCONNU is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
